She was predeceased by: her parents, Vester Bonham and Marie Bonham; and her son Joseph Melhorn. She is survived by: her husband David E. Melhorn Sr.; and her children, David E. Melhorn Jr. (Peggy, Stephen Melhorn), Cheryl Jeffers (Tim), Robert Melhorn and JoAnna McPeters. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
