It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Ray Matheney of Walling, Tennessee, born in McMinnville, Tennessee, who passed away on July 19, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bud Matheney and Emma Donelson Matheney; his son Jimmy Ray Matheney; and his brother George Wesley Matheney. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Sue Wilmoth Matheney; his children, Davia Sue Quistgaard, Melissa Dell Davenport, David Wayne Matheney and Christopher George Matheney (Candy Presley); and his sister Mary Ruth Roberts.
