She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Quaschnick and Nancy Quaschnick. She is survived by: her husband Gregory Stelly; her daughters, Bridgette Boudreaux (Philip) and Danielle Stelly (Patrick); her grandchildren, Ethan, Asher and Evangelynn; and her sisters, Linda Paige, Janet Miller, Betty Lennon and Georgia Bammerlin.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations to be made in Judy's honor.
