He is survived by: his son James; his daughter-in-law Theresa Effler of South Carolina; his daughters, Janie Evans of Maryville, Yvonne Effler of Maryville and Sandy; his grandchildren, Heather Brown, Tommy Reagan, Nickie Effler, Katie Goff, Bruce, Isaiah Evans and Fifteen; and his siblings, Bobby Effler, Phyllis Sutton and Charlotte Effler. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and other family members.
