He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Harrell and Barbara Harrell; and his sisters, Audrey Wiggins and Barbara Phelps. He is survived by: his wife Freida Hill Harrell; his sons, Wilbur J. Harrell, III and Patrick Harrell; his grandson Wilbur J. Harrell IV; and his brother Larry Harrell (Philomena). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
