He is survived by: his wife Pam Lively; his daughters, Regina Lively (Randy Kilpatrick) and Melinda Wright (Gary); his grandchildren, Ben Rogers, Ashley Tallent, Samantha Youngs (Bobby), Anna Kilby (Trey), Jessica Todd (Jonathan), Whitney Broyles, Elijah Garrett, Ashley Wright, Brittany Wright, Gary and Patience Kilpatrick; his siblings, Willis Lively, Jimmy Lively (Janette), Glenn Lively (Dianne) and Charlene; his brother-in-law Gene Webb (Angela Webb); and his sons-in-law, Gary and Randy Kilpatrick. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and special friends.
