He is survived by: his significant other Anita Gail Moore (Summey); his children, April Huskey (Randy) of Lebanon, Tennessee and Joshua Moore (Leslie) of Vonore, Tennessee; his mother-in-law Shirley Summey; his grandchildren, Madison Belcher, Kylie Moore, Carson Moore, Olivia Veal, Tucker Veal, Amelia Veal and Campbell Veal; his great grandchild Lennox Deniz; his siblings-in-law, Esther Moore (Bill), Darlene Moore (Harold), Janet Turner (Rick) and Jeff Summey (Heather); and his niece Brandi Summey Breeden (Mark). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
