He is survived by: his granddaughter Angela Alexus Millsaps; his great grandchild Gracen Belcher of Tellico Plains; his brother J. D.; his sister-in-law Brenda Millsaps; his sisters, Velma Williams, Linda (Eugene Thompson), Pearl (Daryl Colvin), Margaret (Jack Lail) and Irene Collier of Connelly Springs, NC; and his sister-in-law Jeannie Millsaps.
