He was predeceased by: his parents, William Howard Tilley and Esther Mae Tilley. He is survived by: his wife Davette Tilley; his brother J. L. Tilley (Nancy); his nieces, Shannon and Kelly; his sister Betty Tallent; his nieces and nephews, Chris, Terry and Cherie; his sister Reba Hicks; his nieces and nephews, Tiny, Rick, Kim, Rodney, Sheila and Allen; his great-nephews, Dakota Lawson and Walt Lawson; and his nieces and nephews, Aaron Hanley, Tressa Slater, Makayla Hanley, Elania Amschler, Brycin Jackson, Zalen Hanley, Kail Hanley, Wyett Millsaps and Axel Curtis.
A reception was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Biereley-Hale Funeral Home (4650 US-411, Madisonville, TN 37354). A burial was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Mt. Zion Cemetery.
