Walton Beach, FL, Josh Workman (Katie) and Kevin Workman of Vonore; his sister-in-law Margaret Self of Ft. Walton Beach, FL.; and also Emery of Mt. Juliet.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or Lakeside Baptist Church.
