She was predeceased by: her parent Fate Underwood. She is survived by: her parent Maggie Nola Bass Underwood; her children, Stephanie McKeehan Tyler (Donald Glenn Tyler) of Maryville, Janice McKeehan Tatum of Vonore and Jerry McKeehan (Bubba) of Madisonville; her grandchildren, Dusty Tyler, Elizabeth Tatum and Letha Tatum Stephens (Devin); and also Anna of Madisonville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
