He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess A. Millsaps and Vinnie Smalling Millsaps; and his brother Charles Millsaps. He is survived by: his children, Lori, Lynn Stephens, Teresa Miller and Chris Hooper; and his grandchildren, Dylan Stephens (Jennifer), Shelby Bailey (Trevor), Matthew Matoy (Cassidy), Heather Matoy, Jessie Miller and Brad Miller. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
