He is survived by: his wife Pamela Hooper; his daughters, Chelsi Long (Matthew) and Kati Hooper (Jacob); his grandchildren, Mattox, Anna Long and Journie White; his stepsons, Marty Whitehead, Bailey, Lacey and Jordan Whitehead; and his siblings, Doug "Buck" Hooper (Vivian) and Donna McGill (Tony).
