He is survived by: his wife Velma Millsaps Williams; his children, Deborah Lail, Vera (John Ware), Pam (James Millsaps), Paul (Sandy Williams), Ralph (Robin Williams), Tracy (Lisa Williams) and Wayne Haynes (Diane) of Vonore; his grandchildren, LeAnn (Richard), Lacey (Matt), Anthony (Nikki), Joey, Lee (Jennifer), Melinda, Tinsley, Austin, Lucas (Emily), Abigail, Brody, Braden and Hanna; and his siblings, Margaret Haynes, Reba Griffith, Louise Cox of Madisonville, Edith Tinch (Gary) of Jamestown, Roy Williams (Lorraine) and Clifford Williams of Madisonville. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
