He is survived by: his wife Jeanith Faye Gentry (Blair); his son Nathan; his daughter-in-law Amy Gentry; his daughter Jeanith Darline Smith (Gentry); his grandchildren, Desmond, Emily Smith, Blake Gentry, Dalton Gentry, Kevin Ogle and Brooke Ogle; his great grandchildren, Darcie Smith, Daniel Smith, Isabella Gentry (Izzy) and Hunter Harmon; and his brother Lester Gentry. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and family friends.
