He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Ann Black (Bruce); his daughter Amy; his son-in-law Daniel Jones; his son Adam; his daughter-in-law Heather Black; his son Thomas Black; his grandchildren, Scarlett Black, Bella Black, Jackson Jones (Jack) and Elizabeth Jones (Liza); and his sister Jenny Black.
