He is survived by: his wife Donna Bowers Summey; his son William Summey; his sister Thelma; his brother-in-law Linwood White; his brothers, Marion Summey and Greg Summey; and his nieces and nephews, Ashlie, Brittany, Austin, Brandon, Landon, Aaron, Shaylah, Seadee, Ericka, Catherine Carroll and James Akers.
