She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Collins and Aileen Collins; and her siblings, Ann Tinker and Gene Arden. She is survived by: her husband J. C. Todd; her children, Melissa White, Teresa Lynn Black, Shannon Patterson, Timothy Patterson and Daniel Todd; her siblings, Betty Schaffer of Tellico Plains and Steve Collins; and her close friends, Joyce, Troy Mitchell and Alice. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and extended family and friends.
