He is survived by: his father Bill Williams of Dickson; his children, Billy Payton Williams of Charlotte, Derek Otterstrom of Chattanooga, Adrienn Nelson of Dickson, Lisa Rathjen of White Bluff and Jennifer Gandara of California; his siblings, Randy Hall of Michigan and Denise Jett-Whittington of Michigan; and his grandchildren, Jason, Jordyn and Quorra.
