He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry Clark and Martha Boyce Clark. He is survived by: his sisters, Debbie Fann (David) of Shelbyville, TN and Sandy Clark of Lewisburg, TN; his niece Alyssa Fann of Shelbyville; and his uncle Thomas Boyce (Linda) of Mureesboro, TN.
