He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Neal and Nancy Jean Boyce Adcock; and his brother Mike N. Adcock. He is survived by: his siblings, Roger D. Adcock of Chattanooga, TN, Kerry R. Stevenson of Apache Junction, AZ and Nancy R. Stevenson of Unionville, TN; and his daughters, Tammy K. Adcock Graves Beatty of Shelbyville, TN and Stephanie C. Adcock Reusch Beatty of Christiana, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
