He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Smith of Unionville, TN; his sons, Terry Smith (Amy) of Unionville, TN and Lance Smith (Jennifer) of Chapel Hill, TN; his sisters, Linda Graves (Lee) of Shelbyville, TN and Delilah Clark (Randy) of Jamestown, TN; and his grandchildren, Taylor Smith, Sadie Smith and Grant Smith.
