She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Will Hazelwood, Sr. and Minnie Alta Crutcher Hazelwood; and her siblings, Dorothy Hazelwood, Lillian Hazelwood, Faye King, Annie Lee Neal, J. W. Hazelwood, Jr., Donald Hazelwood, Hugh Edward "Coon" Hazelwood, Bill Hazelwood and Malcolm Hazelwood.

She is survived by: her husband Morris E. Williams of Unionville, TN; and her children, Debbie Johnson (Ray) of Franklin, TN, Lisa Wilson (Jeff) of Shelbyville, TN and Troy Williams of Chapel Hill, TN. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
