She was predeceased by: her former husband Edwin Hay; her husband Don Smith; her son Sammy Hay; and her siblings, Jimmie Joe Sharp and Fannie Vera Haney.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janice H. Guindon (Allan) and Sabrina Parolini (Bubba); her sister Mabel H. Chapman; and her stepdaughters, Becky Allen (Artie) of Lewisburg, TN and Cheryl Ewing (Tony) of Lewisburg, TN. She is also survived by five grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
