He was predeceased by: his son Christopher Fitzgerald; and his sister Marie Sleighball. He is survived by: his wife Brenda King Fitzgerald of Unionville, TN; his children, Lisa Warner (Kenneth) of Murfreesboro, TN and James Piedra (Mary Beth) of Dothan, AL; and his grandchildren, Morgan Watson, Kelsey Warner, Madison Piedra and Mitchell Piedra.
