He is survived by: his children, Beth Faulk (Jeff) and David Blackburn; his grandchildren, Morgan Blackburn, Devin Faulk, Zak Faulk (Taylor), Luke Faulk (Kimme) and Kaleb Blackburn; and his great grandchildren, Laken, Jaxon Faulk, Braxton, Scarlett, Brooks, Alayna Faulk (Proctor) and Henley Blackburn.
