He is survived by: his grandparents, Jack and Carlotta Evans of Unionville; his aunts, Erica Evans of Unionville and Kaycee Burks (Kelvin) of Wartrace, TN; his cousins, Brooke Souto (Anthony), Kendall and Kaden Burks; and his half-sister Rachel Davenport.
