He is survived by: his children, Neil Curtis Haynes of Unionville and Lezlie Ann McCoy (Travis) of Lovington, Illinois; his siblings, Jason Haynes of Shelbyville and Kim Pendleton of Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Jazmine Throneberry, Jalena, Julia, Trinity and Tyler Haynes.
