It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Russell Kelley of Unionville, Tennessee, born in Portland, Tennessee, who passed away on November 12, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Corburt Kelley and Martha Ann Groves Kelley. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Cash (Phillip), Kevin Kelley of Shelbyville and Keith Kelley of Lawrenceburg; his grandchildren, Kelley Cash, Julie Cash, Levi Kelley and Heather Kelley; and his great grandchildren, Coral Cash, Graceland Kelley, Addison Sharp and Brantley Sharp.
