She was predeceased by: her parent William Clyde; her husband Thomas Brenton Burks, Sr.; and her siblings, Elinor Joyce Davis and William "Billy" Bass. She is survived by: her parent Willard Rachel Harwell Bass; her children, Gloria Anne Crick (James) of Wartrace, TN, Thomas B. Burks, Jr. (Jeannie), Larry H. Burks (Ruth) and Richard B. Burks (Elisa); her grandchildren, Tracey Burks, David Burks (Ashleigh), Trina Stinson (Chris), Jonathan Howison (Jillian), Laura Neal (Jeff), Carol Stout (Jason), Nathan Burks (Lauren), Rachel Grubb (Matthew), Alyson Burks, Blaine Burks, Alice Burks, Thomas Burks, Jonathan Burks and Audrey Burks; and her sister-in-law Amy Jo Burks of Sue Bass. She is also survived by great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
