She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Mooneyhan and Terrie Crick; her grandchildren, Christopher Mooneyhan (Melody), Matthew Lynch, Kyle Lynch and Rachel Lynch; her great grandchildren, Bailee Lynch, Sara Lynch, Reece Ridley, Oakley Ridley, John Mooneyhan, Mason Mooneyhan, Sophia Mines, Paisley Mooneyhan and Waylon Mooneyhan; and her brother James L. Underwood.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Bettie Crick Memorial Fund.
