He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sidney Barr, Sr. and Ollie Stone Barr; his wife Wanda Owens Ford Barr; and his siblings, Bobbie Trunage and Billy Frank Barr.

He is survived by: his stepchildren, John T. Ford (Arrah) of Maryville, TN, Chris Ford of Greenback, TN and Chasity Johnson (Kevin) of Corinth, MS..

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Antioch Cemetery (239 W Main St, Hornbeak, TN 38232).
