She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton Osterhout and Verdie Osterhout (Timma); her husband Hubert Smithson; her son Larry Smithson; and her brothers, Clifton Osterhout and Virgil Osterhout.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Green (Greg) of Chelsea and Linda Kelly (Joe) of Union City; and her daughter-in-law Mary Smithson of Grand Blanc, Michigan. She is also survived by five grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
