He is survived by: his wife Teresa Yates (Riley) of Union City; his son Rick; his daughter-in-law Kayla Yates of Union City; his daughter Mandy; his son-in-law Eric Spencer of Martin; his grandchildren, Keaton Yates of Union City, Karter Yates of Union City, Nathan Parker of Martin, Chase Spencer of Martin, Cate Spencer of Martin and Claire Spencer of Martin; his great grandchild Belle Spencer of Martin; and his brothers, Ken Yates of Hornbeak and Glen Yates (Michelle) of Hornbeak. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
