He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Kelley and Pernie TIttle McKeown; his wife Sharon Atkey Williams; his siblings, Phillip Kelley and Marilyn Smith; and his son Tracy Kelley.
He is survived by: his children, Ashley Lindsey (Hunter) of Union City, Katelyn Williams of Union City, Angela Taylor (Saul) of Newbern, Samantha Garcia (James) of Dyersburg and Josh Williams (Katy) of Newbern; and his siblings, Carolyn Jones, Melinda Walker, Delores Darnell and Tony McKeown. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
