He is survived by: his wife Lisa Crews (Heisler); his daughters, Leah Crews of Union City and Shelby Crews of Union City; his sister Kim Malone (David Smith); his nephew Dustin Malone of Martin; and his sister-in-law Amy Heisler of Sharon.
