She was predeceased by: her father James Frazier. She is survived by: her mother Nancy O'Connor Frazier; her daughters, Christen Frazier (Cody Otts) of Union City and Brittney Turnbow (Chris) of Union City; her grandchildren, Sofie Otts, Kylie and Khloe Turnbow; her sister Jenny Lucy (Craig) of Union City; and her nephew Hunter Lucy of Union City.
