She was predeceased by: her parents, J. D. Russell and Lota Bynum (Craig); and her husband Neal Rice. She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Rice Wimberly (Jerry) of Ft. Myers and Sandra Rice Powell of Martin; her sister LaVina Reed of San Francisco, California; her grandchildren, Sandy Mehlhorn (Joey) of Martin, Jill Powell Howard (Brian) of Union City and Bobby Webb (Mary) of Martin; and her great grandchildren, Robert Mehlhorn (Kaleigh) of Knoxville and Elizabeth Mehlhorn of Martin.
