He is survived by: his children, Donna Jackson of Union City, Heather Wooten of Union City, Roxanne Clark of Louisville, Kristi, Rick Diaz of Louisville and Wade Morris (Stephanie) of Evansville, Indiana; his sisters, Judy Benton (Charlie) of Booneville and Phyllis Ann Maddox of Evansville, Indiana; and also Mark. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
