He is survived by: his wife Janice Bookout (Long) of Union City; his stepson Gary Foster (Rachel) of Temescal, California; his stepgrandchildren, Elijah Foster of Temescal, California, Joshua Foster of Temescal, California and Selah Foster of Temescal, California; and his siblings, Joan Blaylock of McKenzie, Janice Hall (Ronnie) of Cookeville, Terry Bookout (Janie) of Hendersonville and Charles Bookout of Gleason. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
