She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Cole, Jr. and Mattie "Mozelle" Cole; her daughter Wendy Turner; her grandson Zach Davis; and her brother James Cole.
She is survived by: her husband Johnny L. Cook of Cayce, Kentucky; and her children, Stephanie Crisman of Villa Ridge, Illinois, Jeff Cook (Emma) of Murray and Jason Cook (Stacey) of Martin. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home (1200 S Miles Ave, Union City, TN 38261). A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
