He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Charles Wilbert, Sr. and June Wilbert (Short); and his granddaughter Angela Thorne. He is survived by: his children, Diane Cobb (Marty) of Union City and Michael Wilbert (Shayla) of Reston, Virginia. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren.
