He was predeceased by: his parents, Van Doran "Billy" and Ruby Mai Cloar (Laws). He is survived by: his sons, Zach Cloar (Hailey) of Cape Girardeau and Brad Cloar of Union City; his granddaughters, Addyson of Cape Girardeau, Missouri and Lydia Cloar of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; and his siblings, Allen Cloar (Keleigh) of Huntsville, Alabama and Pam Conley (Pat) of Gilbert, Arizona. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
