She was predeceased by: her father Paul "Peanut" Summers. She is survived by: her sons, Drake, Keaton McGuire, Dalton and Courtney McGuire; her grandchildren, Fields McGuire (Drake) of Cloverdale and Landry McGuire (Dalton) of Cloverdale; her sister Wendy; her brother-in-law Robert Peppers; her brother Wayne; her sister-in-law Liz Summers; her nephew Alex Peppers (Hope); her nieces, Courtney, Caitlyn and Madelyn; her aunt Retha Jackson; and also Betty Summers.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, the family requests donations to be made in memory of Paula to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and the local chapter of The American Red Cross.
