She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Wade and Leiron Edith Stovall (Braden); her husband Earl Lee McWherter; her siblings, Carolyn Godman and Gordon Stovall; and her great grandchildren, Katlin Nicole and John Collyn.
She is survived by: her children, Beverly McLendon of Union City, David McWherter (Debbie) of Rives and Joe McWherter of Southaven, Mississippi; her grandchildren, Cheryl Thomason (Dwight) of Union City, Chad McWherter of Nashville and Stacey Hailey of Union City; and her great grandchildren, Ashton Hailey of Union City, Makaily Beth Thomason of Union City and Brayden Hailey of Union City.
