He is survived by: his daughters, Windy Andecover (Willow) of Union City and Britney Choate of Union City; his grandchildren, Aden Choate of Union City and Colton Andecover of Union City; and his brothers, Johnny Carr of Hickman, Kentucky. and Steve Carr of Hickman, Kentucky..
