It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Otto Fuzzell of Union City, Tennessee, who passed away on August 28, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hogan and Evelyn Fuzzell; and his grandson R. J. Lugten. He is survived by: his brother Donald Hogan Fuzzell; his children, Jon Fuzzell, David Fuzzell (Benita), Joe Fuzzell (Donna) and Leigh Ann Lugten (Bobby); his stepdaughters, April Coleman (Randall), Tenn and Ginger Perry of Hornbeak; and his grandchildren, LaShonda Cook (Chad), Wesley Lugten (Jennifer), Crystal Fox (Jay), Heidi Bennett (Jim), Bradi Collins (Richie), Joey Fuzzell (Brittany), Jon David Fuzzell (Bentlee), Jessica Perry and Kacy Greer. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tenn., or Shriners Children's Hospital, two charities which he regularly supported.
