She was predeceased by: her parents, Merye Kathryn Perry and R. B.; her husband Harold Capps (Buddy); her sisters, Judy King and Elaine Perry; and her grandson R. J. Lugten.
She is survived by: her children, Jon Fuzzell of Union City, David Fuzzell (Benita), Joe Fuzzell (Donna) and Leigh Ann Lugten (Bobby); her stepbrother Jim Perry (Tenn) of Buchanan; her grandchildren, Lashonda Cook (Chad), Martin, Crystal Fox (Jay), Heidi Bennett (Jim), Bradi Collins (Richie), Joey Fuzzell (Brittany), Columbia, Jon David Fuzzell (Bentlee), Jackson, Wes Lugten (Jennifer), Kacy Greer and Franklin; and her stepchildren, Bobbye Jean Miller of Union City, Tenn., Belinda Cultra of Union City, Tenn., Tammy Weaver of Union City, Tenn. and Buster Capps of Union City, Tenn.. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
