With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judith Deal Cultra of Union City, Tennessee, who passed away on February 21, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Judith Deal may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. John Leonard and Virginia Deal (Morrison); her husband Edwin Spencer, II; and her siblings, Kenneth Robert Deal, John Deal and Ginger Ward.
She is survived by: her children, Virginia Cultra Barnes (Deon) of Union City, Angela Cultra Covington (Joel) of Nashville, Jacqueline Cultra Gilliam of Martin and Edwin Spencer Cultra III (Michelle) of Collierville; and her brother William V. "Bill" Deal of Memphis. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the East View Cemetery (1516 E Mathews St, Union City, TN 38261).
