It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Adcock of Union City, Tennessee, born in Obion, Tennessee, who passed away on May 30, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though John may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those John touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Edward and Nell Elizabeth Adcock (Cleek); his wife Pauline Adcock (Rudicil); his son Jeffrey Lynn Adcock; and his brothers, L. C. Adcock and Carlon D. Brown.
He is survived by: his sons, Johnny Adcock (Claudia) of Tiptonville and Shane Adcock (Charlotte) of Tiptonville; his stepdaughter Jackie Jordan (Jay) of Ridgely; and his brother Ed Adcock (Betty) of Union City. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren.
